The Bethel Creek House will hold a party up to 100 people, with open space for a small dance floor area. Tables and chairs are included in the price of the rental (linens NOT provided). You are responsible for the table & chair setup and removal of all personal items and garbage from your event. 1-day Rate (until 12/31/2020) - 9am - 12 midnight. City Resident: $600; Non-City Resident: $700 Sunday Special Rate (until 12/31/2020) - 9am - 12 midnight. City Resident: $425; Non-City Resident: $475 2-day rate (Fri. & Sat., or Sat. & Sun.). City Resident: $850; Non-City Resident: $900 3-day rate (Fri. + Sat. + Sun.) City Resident: $1200; Non-City Resident: $1400. An ADDITIONAL, REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $500 is required for all rentals.
