  Poorly conducted

  “Attended a wedding. Extremely hot. All guests sweating. Nothing was done to correct. Bathrooms grungy. Garage door in the building not covered for event and difficult to conceal, looked tacky. Catering staff HORRIBLY rude, even telling my young son to SHUT UP! I'd never suggest this place to anyone. ”

  Eldridge Community Center Skatepark

  “The Eldridge Community Center is located in Eldridge, IA not Bettendorf. Which it's probably only 10-15 miles away from Bettendorf. The community center is a wonderful place to have a reception, it is large, cost conscious & makes planning a wedding easy!”

  A Touch of Class Banquet and Convention Centre

  “Worst service we have seen. The facilities are decent but the overall service and attitude from the entire main staff is horrible. It was one bad experience after another with them and at no point were we ever treated as customers paying them for a service. When we mentioned that one of our other service companies would not be able to do what we needed them to do, they were daring enough to say If you are paying somoene to do there job, then they should do what you want Which is amazing because they would not help us with anything and we paid for it. We ended up paying them way too much money to set up chairs and For a business meeting it may be an average place to go, for a special event where a dedicated, friendly, helpful staff is expected, do not go to this place. The management was rude and we were a burden to them. The facilities that we rented were not clean and the equipment was not in proper working order. Instead of telling us of these problems so we could plan ahead, they just argued with us and said that it was not their responibilty. Many more details can be provided if needed. ”
