Knox Flower Shop Incorporated “The service I received from Knox Flower Shop Incorporated in Helena, Montana has been extremely disheartening. I was absolutely trilled on Tuesday afternoon when the individual informed me they would deliver a bouquet of fresh Spring flowers & a Mylar balloon to my niece who had been admitted to the hospital on Tuesday late afternoon. \n \nDisappointment set in when I called her to see how she feeling & was informed NO flowers had arrived (Tuesday 7:30 p.m.). I checked my bank account on-line, to find Knox DID NOT fail to WITHDRAW the $88 from my checking account however. \n \nI telephoned my niece & her husband to Congratulate them on the birth of their bouncing baby girl. I was once again informed.... NO flowers (Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.). \n \nI then telephoned Knox Flower Shop to inquire about the delivery of the order (Wednesday at 4:40 p.m.) and was ASSURED the order had gone out one-half hour prior to me calling. The flowers would be in her room by this time. \n \nMy husband telephoned our niece (Wednesday 5:10 p.m.) to share in the happiness and was informed still NO flowers; after I had been ASSURED 40 minutes before by the staff her flowers had in fact been delivered. I am writing this note in total frustration as I cannot believe a customer-oriented business such as a florist would knowingly and openly lie about an order being delivered. \n \nI know in the future, I will not deal with Knox Flower Shop Inc. from Helena, Montana. I am also questioning how this type of ethical behavior is tolerated by Local Banquet Hall.com. and they remain successful. I spoke to a the messaging agent from Local Banquet Hall who generously sent a message to Knox Flower Shop. She was hoping that I would receive a return call from them tonight. \n \nIn closing, I can only hope my niece receives her flowers prior to being released from the hospital tomorrow morning. \n \nMy advice to you a prospective customer -- CONFIRM your order delivery! \n \nMs. Nugent”
