About
Over 100 Years of History & Tradition The Engineers’ Club of Dayton was founded in 1914 by Charles F. Kettering and Colonel Edward A. Deeds as an association for the area’s leading engineers and technicians. The sharing of ideas and camaraderie certainly helped Dayton to become one of the country’s most important hubs for technology and development – as it remains to this very day. We are a private, non-profit, professional association — overseen by a Board of Governors and operated by a Club Manager and staff.
