Cottage Flowers “The bouquet I requested to be sent to my mom was a cheerful springy arrangement with all of my mom's fav colors and flowers set in a short round vase filled with pretty round rocks tied with tan raffia. What they put together and sent to my mother was a red, purple, white and green mess with tons of random greenery spewing out stuck in a tall skinny 1980's looking striped frosted vase with an obnoxiously huge red bow. This arrangement was embarrassingly wrong for the occasion (the 1 year anniversary of her husbands death).The arrangement was romantic when I was really needing to go for peacefull and uplifting. Cottage Flowers didn't bother to contact me to let me know that they didn't have ANY of the correct items for my order (what florist doesn't have raffia?). When I called to complain they told me that they put some extra stuff in my arrangement (must have been the greenery) because they knew the bouquet was wrong, so I should be thankful that I got more than my money's worth. Just be aware that you might not get what you ask for when ordering from them and they don't really seem care if you like it or not. \n \n \n”
