  “Sam Buca's food is pretty good I will admit, but I will never go back to this restaurant. My gf and I have gone here once every month or so and always use the ten percent off coupon. We went on a Wednesday night and had to sit in the bar because we usually went on the weekends and didn't know the dining area was closed, but of course they said everything is the same exact way in the bar. At the end of our meal the waitress asked the owner if we could use the coupon since we didn't order drinks and were planning on eating in the dining area. He never came tell us we couldn't because he was entertaining his own friends in the dining area of the restaurant which made me upset he wouldn't come talk to me just to let me explain the situation. He instead sent the waitress back to plainly just say NO. For a couple bucks off a meal or too at least come and talk to your customers in this dire economy makes sense too me. Unfortunately taking care of your friends is more important. Well hope the free food you gave them made more sense. Good luck and hope you will do better with the rest of your customers.”
