  “The facility looked very nice. But I do not recommend. I had booked a date with them and put down the deposit. They booked me for the wrong date. Fortunately when I realized that they had the wrong date for me, no one else had booked the date I originally booked, so I was able to get the date back. I then had to cancel the wedding due to health problems. I submitted my cancellation in written, certified mail. I also called to make sure everything was clear and I would receive my deposit back as the contract said, a week after the booked date as long as someone else booked that day. When it was a about a week before the date I called to make sure someone booked the date and I would receive my deposit back in full. I called and they said they had already sent out a check to me, when the date was booked again. They sent the check to the wrong address. My address had changed and I put my new address in the cancellation letter and also told them of it when I called. They then told me I would have to pay a fee for them to send out another check and to void the previous check. I explained to the owner that it was their mistake and I shouldn't be charged. She then hung-up on me. I am now again planning a wedding and would have considered them if everything had went smoothly, but I would never book with them. The owner is crazy, unprofessional, and irrational.”
